A Word About Upgrades

You are not paying more for upgrades to look like real grass;all of the products I install look real, from the basic to KdK, They all have 10 year warranties and they are all designed to last 15 to 25 years. What you get with upgraded materials are more color and texture choices.

Basic grass comes in one texture and color, monofilament materials comes in one texture and two colors and the KdK materials come in several colors and textures. Upgrades are not a profit center for my business. The upgraded prices cover the increased cost of the upgraded material requested by the client. I make these upgrades available for my clients to have more choices in their selection of products that will be easy on their eyes. After all they will have to look at it for the next 25 years.

Upgrades are available for a nominal charge. These charges are priced essentially to cover the increased cost of the material and do not represent a profit center for my business. These upgrade prices are added on to the cost/sq-ft price of the basic bid installation you will be receiving from BASG.
